Celebrating milestones involves recognizing and commemorating significant achievements or events in a person's life, career, or journey. These milestones can vary widely, from personal accomplishments like graduations, promotions, or completing a challenging project to life events like weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. Come celebrate these accomplishment on a wall.

Groups and Parties

Our group packages are excellent for birthday celebrations and family outings as well as school, business, church, scouting, Greek, social, and team events.


Our group packages include everything you need for an awesome climbing experience, but do not include any party amenities. If you wish to have a party, let our staff know when you book a reservation that it is for a party. In doing so, we can reserve our back tables for you so that you can bring in any food, decorations or presents that you would like for the duration of your reservation.


If you need to bring in your group during non-business hours, we can usually accommodate your needs; however, additional fees may apply depending on the size of your group and time desired. We can service groups up to 60 climbers depending on the type of climbing and length of program time you request.


**All group and party package prices are (+tax), unless you are a tax exempt entity and provide a tax exempt form.

To qualify for a group/party rates, groups/parties must meet the following requirements:


  • Registration, deposit, and approval must be completed a minimum of one week (two weeks for facility rentals) prior to the scheduled date.


  • All group participants must arrive at the scheduled time.  Late arrivals may not be eligible to participate.


  • The group leader must pay for the entire party on one ticket at the beginning of the program.

We offer Personal Training for individuals and groups. Our trainers will understand your needs and bring you to your peak performance.

YOUTH CAMPS

Redpoint climbing camps are perfect for your little climbers! Participants will focus on developing confidence and self-esteem through goal setting, small group instruction, climbing games, and team-building activities, all while having a blast!

CLIMBING LEAGUES

Redpoint Youth Climbing Teams help young climbers push each other to become better. We have teams for all ages and skill levels!

TEAM BUILDING

Teamwork is the heart and soul of every business, organization, or sports team. Our Team Challenge is a great way to build unity whether you are starting a new team or refreshing an existing one!

FUNDRAISERS

Redpoint Climbing Center offers fundraising opportunities for schools, churches, and other not-for-profit organizations. Earn money for your group while having a great time.

Scout Groups

RedPoint Climbing Center is a proud supporter of the Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts of the USA. We have several programs designed specifically for Scouts and we offer discounts for retail purchases for Scout troops and individuals.

FAQ

  • I have a group of people wanting to climb. Can we just show up and get a group discount?

    No. To qualify for group pricing you must schedule your event at least one week in advance and pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be applied toward your total group fee.

  • How large of a group can I bring?

    Our group packages begin with as few as 8 participants and we can handle groups with as many as 60 participants depending on the type of package you choose. You can get more information about our group and party programs by clicking here.

  • Do you offer birthday parties?

    Yes. We several group options that work great for birthday celebrations. Additionally, we have a Birthday Party Package that includes use of our party space.

  • I have a Scout Group, what can we do?

    We have several options for your Scout Troop. Aside from general day rate options, we offer group discount climbing programs and team building programs. We also offer the Badge Programs for those Girl Scouts & Boy Scouts wanting to expand their climbing knowledge. For more information about our group and party options, click here.   • Can I sign a waiver for all the kids in my group/party?

    No. Everyone under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by his/her parent or court-appointed legal guardian. We recommend you ask parents to complete waivers online prior to your event. Participants over 18 years of age will need to complete their own waiver.

  • Can friends and family members come and watch without climbing?

    Yes. Spectators are more than welcome to join your party without climbing, but everyone in the climbing areas must have a waiver on file. Spectators who do not have a completed waiver on file will be restricted to the designated viewing and party areas.

  • How old does someone have to be to climb?

    Our minimum participation age to climb is 5 years old, to boulder and/or belay is 12 years old, and to sport climb is 16 years old. There is no maximum age limit and we have had climbers in their mid-70s climb in our facilities. Climbing is GREAT activity for all ages.

  • What should I wear?

    Good climbing clothes can be any that doesn’t restrict movement and allows for flexibility. For some people, that can be jeans and a t-shirt. Others may prefer sport-shorts, yoga pants, or sweatpants. Sorry but no kilts, skirts, dresses, or swimwear allowed.


    Climbers are allowed to climb in tennis shoes or boots, but what works best are climbing shoes that are designed specifically for the sport. We have these available at the front desk as part of your gear rental package.

  • What time should I, the party host, arrive?

    If you are the event host, we ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your event.

  • What time should my guests arrive for my group/party?

    We ask all participants to arrive 15 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin. This will help ensure your group/party gets started on time and your participants get the full amount of climbing time.

  • What if some of my guests arrive late?

    Since we have set orientation times, guests who arrive late may not get to participate. Please encourage your guest to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your event.

  • What is more guest arrive than expected?

    We reserve equipment and staff for events based on the number of participants registered; therefore, we may not have enough equipment reserved for all your participants. Furthermore, we may not have enough available staff on duty to conduct your event’s orientation course in a timely manner.

  • Can I bring alcohol for adults?

    No. Redpoint is an alcohol, tobacco, & drug-free environment.



  • Can I have access to the party area for the entire time of my event?

    Group programs do NOT have use of the party space; however, if you have scheduled a Birthday Party Package you will have access to the party space for the duration of you event.

  • Can I bring my own birthday party decorations?

    You may bring your own if you want. Additionally, you may bring balloons, banners, goody bags, and similar items to decorate. However, we ask that you refrain from bringing any glitter, confetti, silly string, or other items that are hard to clean up. If you use prohibited items, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.

  • Can I bring in outside food and drinks for my birthday party?

    Absolutely, you can bring in food and drinks. You can also order food and have it delivered to the facility. We do not recommend ice cream or any items that must be kept cold as we do not have a freezer / refrigerator for such items.
